I know you are deeply devoted to your growth - your spiritual growth.
But you’re not here to spiritually bypass your body and what it means to be a human at this moment in time: You’re here to step into your leadership for personal and collective liberation — and to immerse yourself more fully in the mystery and wonders of living and loving as an erotically alive being, across all cycles and seasons of your life.
You might be feeling the desire to receive for MORE in your life — more aliveness, pleasure, sensuality and erotic life force energy.
You’re outgrowing the life, the relationships, the spiritual practices and ways of being in the world that leave you uninspired, burnt-out, stressed.
You’re longing to connect more deeply with yourself and others in a way that leaves you feeling alive and at ease, loved and seen for who you truly are: multi-faceted, expressive, deeply alive and present, confident and shining with the unique gifts only you possess.
Perhaps the distance between who you are and the powerful witch, mother, matriarch, leader, healer, creative you are becoming feels overwhelming or frustrating — whether your future self feels far away or so close and juuuust out of reach.
I get it.
You weren’t given a roadmap for how to make the longings of your heart, the desires of your womb or the calling of your soul your reality.
And the roadmap we were conditioned into under racialized capitalist, colonialist patriarchy is not it
….So what if I told you that there is a roadmap for receiving the life and way of being you truly desire —
and that it’s already within you?
That roadmap is your BODY and specifically, your body’s nervous system and your attachment system. Your body knows.
It’s how I’ve guided hundreds of clients and students through the transformational healing of their bodies to expand their nervous systems’ capacity to create the reality they desire for over 15 years.

I am a somatic trauma psychotherapist and clinical social worker turned Somatic Empowerment Coach and Nervous System Witch.
As a 5th generation settler of Alsatian descent, I am white-bodied student of the decolonial movement. I’m a queer, cis woman (she/her) living, working and playing as an uninvited guest on the past, present and future lands of the the Lummi (Lhaq’temish), Nooksack (Nuxwsá7aq), and Samish peoples.
